Our multinational client in Dublin city centre has an exciting recruitment for a Recruitment Coordinator, for a 6 month maternity leave contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for communications with interviewers and candidates throughout complex recruitment processes. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home. Responsibilities Required *Schedule and coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual interview across multiple time zones and locations *Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews *Coordinate candidate travel deadlines and SLAs *Maintain data on applicant tracking system throughout recruitment processes *Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies *Develop strong stakeholder relationships *Ability to analyse scheduling reports to track and identify trends *Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process Experience Required *2+ years of Recruiting Coordination experience *Bachelor's Degree *Excellent communication and organisation skills *Familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones and regions *Ability to manage relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates, *Experience with Microsoft Office software, or similar *Experience with HR software and coordination scheduling systems For further information please contact Maryclaire Booth - or Skills: Recruitment Coordinator TA Coordinator Recruitment Administrator
