We're looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at our [tullow] location. This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about mobile technology, enjoys helping people, and isn't camera-shy — because you'll also be creating fun, informative content for our social media platforms
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
* Greet customers and provide exceptional service in-store
* Understand and explain features and benefits of various phones, accessories, and service plans
* Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Handle transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently
Social Media & Content Creation:
* Create engaging video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (product demos, unboxings, tips, store updates, etc.)
* Be comfortable appearing on camera and speaking to an audience
* Assist with developing content ideas and social media campaigns
* Collaborate with the team to align content with promotions and store goals
What We're Looking For:
* Previous retail or sales experience (preferred, but not required)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable using smartphones and mobile technology
* Confident on camera and creative with video content
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible schedule, including weekends
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
* Knowledge of current mobile phone trends and accessories
* Basic video editing skills
