Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to assess and treat clients with various speech and language disorders. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, as well as clients and families, to support therapy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in clients of all ages.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs.
* Provide therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based practices to facilitate communication improvements.
Requirements:
A recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualification is required. Prior experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a focus on client-centered care is also essential.
Other Requirements:
* Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A deep understanding of speech and language disorders along with appropriate therapeutic techniques.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
