Job Title: Mental Health Professional
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mental Health Professional to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services to children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities and mental health support needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality psychological assessments and interventions for children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities and mental health support needs.
- Work closely with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to service users and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each service user.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with service users.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree or diploma in Psychology, plus a postgraduate professional qualification in psychology recognized by the Psychological Society of Ireland.
- At least 5 years post-graduate experience as a professional psychologist, with no more than three years spent gaining the postgraduate professional qualification and no less than two years full-time post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience of working with children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities and mental health support needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
