Store Manager – Fashion

As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations and performance of the store. You will inspire and lead your team to deliver exceptional service, maximise sales, and maintain high operational standards. Key responsibilities:
1. Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing store team.
2. Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed store targets.
3. Ensure the store is merchandised and presented to company standards.
4. Deliver key reports and KPIs to senior management.
5. Create a positive, engaging culture for both staff and customers.
The ideal candidate:
6. 2+ years of store management experience within fashion or footwear.
7. Strong leadership and people development skills.
8. Track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance.
9. Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
10. Passionate about retail, customer service, and team success.
Salary package:
11. 40-43K depending on experience
12. 10% bonus
13. 37.5 hours
