The role of Assistant Manager in our organization is a key position that requires exceptional leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front of the shop, including all premium skincare ranges, fragrances, and OTC products. This involves overseeing the branch retail turnover, stock management, and profitability to achieve the Group's overall targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the front of the shop in the Pharmacy
* Oversight and responsibility for the branch retail turnover, stock management and profitability
* High levels of Sales, Service & Standards for customers and the branch
* Sales and promotions
* Cash management duties
* Adhering to company standards and procedures
* Merchandising and Marketing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in the sales of luxury cosmetic brands is essential
* Target-driven and sales-focused
* Willing to work as part of a team
* Friendly and approachable
* Positive attitude
* A helpful and courteous manner, and customer-focused
* Two years of retail management experience required
* Fluency in English
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Work on their initiative and make decisions
* Commercially-aware
* Pro-active and energetic, demonstrated by prior engagement in community initiatives
* Strong administration skills
* Professional and discreet
