Ratoath Family Practice is a newly established single-handed GP practice based in Ratoath, Co. Meath. We are seeking a Practice Manager / Administrator to support the establishment and day-to-day running of the practice from February 2026.This is a part-time position. Hours and working arrangements will be discussed with suitable candidates.The role will involve responsibility for administrative and operational functions within the practice, including:Oversight of practice administration and workflowsStaff rostering and general HR administrationLiaison with external bodies, including suppliers and service providersManagement of practice policies, procedures, and compliance documentationFinancial administration, including invoicing and basic accounts supportSupporting the GP with operational planning and practice developmentPrevious experience in a general practice or healthcare management role is desirable. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
