The Web Operations Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to enhance our platforms ensuring we are compliant with our security and legal requirements. The role will report to the Web Operations Solution Manager and will be based in Naas, Co. Kildare.Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week.*What will I be doing?*Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for our website portfolio focusing on WordPress and Adobe Experience Manager platformsDesign solutions, enhancements and BAU activities for Kerry's website portfolio (focus will be on our AEM and WordPress based solutions)Work with our internal security team to ensure we are compliant with all security requirements and our websites are free from vulnerabilitiesCollaborate with our third-party agencies to ensure adherence to Kerry's website hosting criteriaWork with and support our internal marketing functions to maintain our websites and enhance our existing platformsProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for website related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operationsDevelop and continuously improve application, system policies, templates and guidelines within the web operations teamWork with other technology functions to enhance existing and develop new application standardsConduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisationUtilise data- driven insights to recommend and implement process enhancements, contributing to overall business efficiencyDevelop comprehensive business cases and feasibility studies to support proposed initiativesWork closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between all parties involvedSchedule calls with stakeholders and record minutes and requirementsUpdate team plan and progress documentation using Dev ops boards and Excel lists used in weekly calls*What do I need to be successful?*Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersExcellent attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining an ability to multi-task without losing focusTechnical aptitude and familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and responsive design principles.Understanding of WordPress technology stack, in particular experience with multisite capabilities and with exposure to integration with other platforms/systems (GitHub/Microsoft Azure)Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps Boards or equivalentExposure to AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and Adobe stack desirable however training will be providedExperience with project management and Agile methodologies is a plus*Why join us?*This is more than a job—it is an opportunity to shape the digital future of Kerry Group.
