We are seeking a Part-time Clerical Officer for a long-term temporary assignment.
Fully onsite role – Dublin 2
25 hour working week - 10am - 4pm - no flexibility on this
Long-term assignment – likely to last a minimum of two years
This person who is placed in this role will join a small team.
This is the ideal role for someone who wants to work in an office in Dublin City Centre with lovely colleagues, to interact with the public by phone and email and to be able to leave work in the office when the day ends.
The organisation hold a large volume of documents and much of the work in this role will centre on their ongoing management as well as incoming queries.
Day to day, this will look like:
Answering telephone and email queries from the public, redirecting to the appropriate organisation where needed.
Organising the retrieval of files from off-site storage.
Working with the Board for scheduling.
Maintaining records on the CMS and assisting with digitisation of records.
Ideally, this organisation is seeking a Clerical Officer who will remain with them for the full duration of the term (2-3 years estimated).
You will be required to work fully onsite.
