Role Description
This part-time hybrid role, based in Dublin, requires working both remotely and on-site as needed. The Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support. Core responsibilities include managing diaries and calendars, organizing schedules, handling correspondence, and performing other clerical and executive support tasks. Effective communication and efficiency in assisting leadership are key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
* Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
* Proficiency in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
* Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
