Manufacturing Engineer

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced manufacturing organization and contribute to the development of new processes, equipment, and methods. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work closely with the production team to design, test, and validate products. Your expertise in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement projects will be essential in driving process improvements and reducing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing manufacturing engineering support to customers and suppliers
* Supporting the production team in planning and designing new processes
* Manufacturing prototypes and validating products within specification
* Identifying and implementing improvements to equipment, processes, and methods
* Driving cost reduction and on-time delivery initiatives
* Maintaining and improving lean manufacturing procedures
* Developing processes and implementing new ERP systems
* Supporting the engineering team to ensure task flexibility
* Documenting technical data generated for assigned projects and tasks
Requirements and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is required.
Leveraging knowledge of ERP systems and experience in implementation is beneficial. At least 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering roles is also desired.
Lean Six Sigma certification or training, as well as proficiency in CAD software such as Solid Works or Auto CAD, are advantageous skills.
