We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead food and facilities operations (including cleaning & hard services), champion a high standard of customer care, and drive results across a complex, fast-paced site.
You'll work closely with client agents and our Regional Manager to deliver seamless service, meet KPIs, and foster an inclusive culture of excellence.
Job Specification
Lead the delivery of exceptional services across food, cleaning, and hard facilities operations.
Oversee client relationships, innovation, and financial targets
Ensure KPI compliance across accommodation and hard services
Drive high standards in food presentation and hygiene (HACCP-aligned)
Manage performance and development of on-site teams
Maintain legislative and policy compliance across services
Collaborate closely with client agents to ensure seamless service
Person Specification
Preferably 5+ years of Food & Beverage experience
Proven budgeting and financial acumen
Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
Strong time management, flexibility, and initiative
Deep understanding of Food Hygiene and HACCP standards
Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills
Creative problem-solver with a flair for mentoring and innovation
