Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare technical project proposals including budgets and justification prior to approval submission.
* Manage project implementation achieving goals on time and within budget.
* Drive technology transfer projects from other sites.
* Lead cross-functional process improvement teams.
* Support R&D process development and scale-up activities as required.
* Provide prompt and effective process support for operations technical teams and engineering departments.
* Collaborate with operations technical and engineering teams to identify future process enhancement opportunities.
* Oversee Management of Change (MOC) activities ensuring compliance with industry standards.
