Key Responsibilities: Manage debtor accounts and lead collection activities Oversee supplier transactions, purchase processing, and creditor reconciliations Assist with month-end accounts preparation and balance sheet reporting Conduct daily bank and balance sheet reconciliations Support quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes Work closely with the Financial Controller on strategic projects Prepare monthly stock reports and perform analysis Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience in finance or accounting Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in ERP systems Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
