Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager
to join a leading construction organisation delivering large-scale projects in Drogheda and the surrounding region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role suits a commercially aware construction professional with strong leadership capability and a proven track record managing complex construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple construction projects or major single-project delivery.
* Oversee the full project lifecycle including planning, procurement, execution, and handover.
* Manage project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Monitor commercial performance alongside commercial teams.
* Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to site and project teams.
* Report regularly to senior leadership on project progress and performance.
Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
* Proven experience as a
Senior Project Manager
,
Contracts Manager
, or similar senior delivery role.
* Strong experience delivering medium-to-large scale construction projects.
* Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
* Strong leadership and team management experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Full driving licence required.
