We have achieved significant growth and plan to continue expanding over the next five years.WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLEOrnua seeks an experienced HR Analytics Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive 360-degree employee view across the employee lifecycle, using HR analytics to inform strategic decisions.This role requires a proactive self-starter capable of working independently with HR and business colleagues to provide valuable people insights and automated reporting. It is an excellent opportunity for an analytics professional to build HR analytics capabilities within a growing organization.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Define and communicate the vision and strategy for HR analytics solutions.Prioritize features and enhancements based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.Manage the product lifecycle from conception to continuous improvement.Create data models, KPIs, dashboards, and reports to answer critical people-related questions.Support talent attraction, retention, succession planning, performance, headcount, skills requirements, and associated costs through data analysis.Identify workforce trends and patterns to address challenges proactively.Collaborate with HR and business teams to identify analytics opportunities and best practices.Automate manual tasks by querying databases and SuccessFactors, creating data pipelines for dashboards.Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to non-HR audiences using visual tools and storytelling.Upskill HR colleagues and share analytics expertise as needed.KEY REQUIREMENTS:Proven experience in product management, HR analytics, or related fields.Experience with Data Mining, Predictive Analytics, Statistics, Data Governance, and Ethics.Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS systems.Ability to initiate and complete projects independently.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Excellent presentation skills and ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.ORNUA COMPETENCIES:Expertise: Applies professional skills effectively to solve complex challenges and make decisions.Working Together: Promotes cooperation within teams and supports cross-functional collaboration.Curiosity: Encourages learning and demonstrates leadership in creative initiatives.Forward-Looking: Embraces change, leads change initiatives, and anticipates future needs.#LI-HYBRID
