Infrastructure Analyst
This is a 12-month contract position based in Cork, Ireland. As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will be working onsite providing technical support to clients and tracking service requests in the ticket tracking system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and company software.
* Track client service requests and coordinate referrals for advanced issues.
* Set up new hires' laptop and desktop computers and mobile devices.
* Support wired and wireless network installation, troubleshooting, and usage.
* Install, troubleshoot, and support computers, printers, audiovisual equipment, and telephony systems.
* Collaborate with teams on IT initiatives and provide on-site support for global projects.
* Offer remote IT technical assistance to users at multiple sites.
Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in IT Support.
* Windows 10 and Windows 11 troubleshooting skills.
* O365 troubleshooting skills.
* Dell hardware troubleshooting.
* Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Microsoft Azure, and networking knowledge.
* Familiarity with cabling in MDF/IDFs and Apple iPhone setup.
* Excellent customer service, high motivation, strong social skills, and analytical abilities.
