Responsibilities
* Handle reservations requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Provide information about dining options and assist guests in selecting venues.
* Confirm and manage reservations accurately.
* Liaise with restaurant managers and staff.
* Coordinate special requests and dietary requirements.
* Maintain and update the reservation system.
* Monitor reservation trends and provide reports.
* Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency with reservation software.
* Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a positive attitude.
* Team-oriented and flexible schedule.
* Previous experience in F&B preferred but not necessary.
* Passion for hospitality.
