Role Lead Research Strategy: Guide the entire research process, from initial strategy to final analysis.
You'll execute large-scale, complex projects using diverse methodologies.
Advocate for Customers: Be the voice of our users, translating their needs into actionable insights that inform our roadmap.
You'll also monitor market trends and competitors to ensure we stay ahead.
Facilitate Problem-Solving: Lead sessions that move teams from assumptions to clear, user-centered problems.
You'll apply the right research methods to achieve goals and identify novel product opportunities.
Drive Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirment Experience: 5+ years of recent user research experience in product development.
Experience with AI or healthcare products is a plus.
Portfolio: A portfolio of case studies showcasing your impact on web applications across various industries.
Skills: Experience leading complex research using diverse methods (usability testing, task analysis, etc.).
You've worked in multi-disciplinary teams and influenced business strategy with executive-level stakeholders.
Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of front-end UI development to facilitate informed conversations about technical feasibility.
Agile Mindset: Experience in an Agile environment using issue tracking tools to manage your work.
