Offer description

Company Overview
Our client is a dynamic and ambitious contractor operating within the Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) sector, with a particular focus on structural steel solutions. They have established themselves as a trusted delivery partner for a range of high-profile clients, working on technically interesting projects up to €15m in value across Ireland and beyond.
Backed by a secure and expanding pipeline of work, the business has built a strong market reputation for quality, agility and the ability to deliver where traditional methods cannot. Their offsite-led approach allows them to consistently meet demanding programmes while maintaining the highest standards of engineering and finish.
This is a forward-thinking organisation that places real value on its people. Despite their growing scale, they have retained a close-knit, entrepreneurial culture where individuals are empowered to make decisions, take ownership and shape the direction of the business as it continues to evolve.
With continued investment in their commercial, engineering and delivery functions, they are well positioned for the next stage of growth — making this an ideal time for an experienced commercial leader to come on board and play a defining role in their journey.
