The Role
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised
Sales & Office Administrator
to support our clients' commercial operations and ensure the smooth running of their Cork office.
This is a dual role:
* 90% Sales Administration & Commercial Support
* 10% Office Facilities & Administrative Support

You'll play a central role in maintaining accurate sales data, streamlining communication between multiple teams, and supporting day-to-day office operations that enable everyone to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
Salesforce Excellence
* Set up new customer accounts
* Maintain opportunities, CPQs, key contacts and sales data
* Ensure Salesforce & SAP information remains aligned
* Support the sales team with MEDDICC inputs, including buyer maps
* Validate forecast accuracy (PO dates, delivery timelines, etc.)
Coordination & Communication
* Partner with the sales team to ensure pipeline information is current
* Work closely with UK operations to confirm dates, dependencies, and deliverables
* Liaise with HQ teams (sales admin, logistics, production) and escalate issues when needed
* Support weekly UK/IE commercial meetings with accurate reporting
* Follow up with customers on required administrative documentation
Office & Facilities Support
* Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain a productive workspace
* Handle calls, emails and general communication routing
* Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation compliance
* Support HR with onboarding and new-hire documentation
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office maintenance
* Ensure office health & safety compliance
* Provide general administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams
What We're Looking For
* Experience in sales support, commercial operations, or similar B2B environment
* Strong Salesforce capabilities; CPQ experience is highly desirable
* Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
* Excellent attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of MEDDICC methodology (advantage, not essential)
* Prior exposure to office management or HR onboarding is a plus
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
