About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our hotel team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the preparation of food for all outlets. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that food is produced to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage, supervise, and participate in the preparation of food for all Food and Beverage outlets.
* Ensure food is produced in a timely and efficient manner and meets the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
* Monitor costs and productivity to optimize efficiency.
* Communicate departmental, hotel, and company activities to the team through daily updates.
The Ideal Candidate
You should possess exceptional leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. Our ideal candidate will have a background in branded hotels or restaurants and experience working under pressure. You must be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve high-quality results.
