Key Responsibilities ProvideLevel 1, 2 & 3 IT support across the organisation Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues Support, manage and maintainMicrosoft Azure infrastructure AdministerMicrosoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) User and access management viaActive Directory & Azure AD Troubleshoot servers, desktops, laptops, and applications Support networking issues (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls) Monitor backups, security, patching, and system performance Work with ticketing systems and maintain technical documentation Assist with IT projects and system improvements Skills & Experience Required 4+ years experience in an IT Support / IT Engineer role Proven experience working acrossLevel 1, Level 2 & Level 3 support Strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azure Solid knowledge ofMicrosoft 365 and Windows environments Experience withWindows Server Good understanding of networking fundamentals Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills Nice to Have Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104 or similar) Experience in a growing or multi-site organisation Full driving licence (beneficial, not essential) Start: Immediate Interested or know someone suitable?Email:
