We now make it quick and easy to switch and save across a range of broadband, energy, banking and insurance providers, and our service offering continues to grow. We are currently seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join our team.
Responsibilities
* Uncovering clients' main goals and finding the best financial solution for them.
* Managing related paperwork, such as keeping track of bank statements and lender applications.
* Generating and developing relationships with various lenders to meet the needs of potential clients.
* Liaising and negotiating with banks and direct lenders to find the best loan for the client's situation.
* Accurately assessing the client's financial circumstances, credit history and affordability to identify their ideal match.
* Ensuring activities are in accordance with banking and financial legislation.
* Exceeding financial targets and meeting deadlines.
* Maintaining and developing market knowledge on mortgage products and related services.
The Candidate
* QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) designation or working towards it.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in providing mortgage advice and dealing with mortgage customers.
* Broker experience is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Good work ethic and a confident approach to daily duties.
* Strong knowledge of mortgages and market-leading mortgage products.
* Target-driven with an excellent track record.
* Salary: €40k+ commission structure (negotiable).
