Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in the West of Ireland.
Develop proposals that address client needs and deliver measurable results.
Manage and grow SME client accounts, nurturing strong, long-term relationships.
Use data and insights to demonstrate ROI and support client investment.
Design and present integrated advertising solutions (digital, print, partnerships).
Achieve/exceed revenue targets and KPIs for the region.
Research client industries and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Represent the company as a thought leader in digital advertising.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns.
Promote digital transformation and adoption of new digital products.
Experience Qualifications 3+ years in senior sales or account management.
Proven success in consultative, solution-based sales and meeting ambitious targets.
Strong understanding of digital advertising products and performance metrics.
Experience developing new business pipelines and managing key client relationships.
