Project Lead
A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and resource utilization while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
About the Role
As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for defining main project guidelines, allocating tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. You will also provide performance feedback regarding project progress and ensure that the project follows execution best practices and policies.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Project Management, or a related field; or suitable relevant work experience. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector (desirable), other sectors are welcome. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is required. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects are essential. Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedure, are necessary for success in this role.
