Project Leader: Residential Development
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to join our team in Kildare Town Centre. As a Project Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of residential building projects.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the site manager in delivering projects by managing and motivating site teams. You will also coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
To excel in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience working on large-scale residential development projects in a similar capacity. Strong team-building, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A competitive salary package is offered, including €65K-€75K per annum, negotiable dependent on experience & qualifications, vehicle, laptop, phone, and a full-time permanent staff role with a strong order book.
