Junior & Senior Chef de Partie Roles : Essential Skills : Must be reliable and flexible to work midweek and weekends Have previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
Have a passion for and genuine interest in food and new trends.
Have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
Be a team player.
Excellent work ethic Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
Fully HACCP trained with a good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations Passionate about food and creative about menu development.
Minimum 2 years experience at this level.
Shortlisted candidates maybe called for a trial day to show us what you can do.
Candidates must be able to legally work full-time in Ireland & available to start within 2-3 weeks of successful appointment.
