Offer description

The role involves working directly alongside the FD and management teams to manage company finances.

Key responsibilities include monitoring banking, VAT and tax returns, processing invoices, reconciliation, AR and billing, taking meeting notes and managing diaries, office administration and filing. Other ad-hoc PA and office management duties may be required.

To succeed, you will have 3+ years' experience in a similar financial role, exposure to office and diary management, strong knowledge of banking, invoicing and taxation, ability to work independently and communicate effectively. Experience with ERP systems and Excel is an advantage.

This contract has potential for permanency, offering excellent training and room for development. Benefits include pension, support for further studies and health allowance. The office is easily accessible from Dublin, Meath and Kildare, with multiple main motorways.
