Post Office Manager – Kilkenny Excel Recruitment is recruiting a Post Office Manager for our client in Kilkenny, offering a stable and responsible management role within a well-established local business.

Per Hour: €15 – €16 Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operation of the post office, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead, supervise and train staff, including rota planning and performance management Oversee all cash handling, balancing, banking and end-of-day reporting Ensure compliance with Post Office procedures, security standards and audit requirements Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve customer queries professionally Manage stock control, records and administrative duties accurately Requirements: Previous experience in a post office, banking, retail or similar management role Strong cash handling, numerical accuracy and attention to detail Proven people management and leadership skills High level of integrity, reliability and organisational ability Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment If you're ready to step into a leadership role and make an impact in retail, we'd love to hear from you!
