Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin for a Site Manager/Engineer. The candidate will manage daily site operations, oversee project scheduling, coordinate with teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality and satisfaction. Responsibilities will include monitoring safety compliance, managing resources, supervising construction activities, and solving on-site challenges to maintain smooth project workflows.
Qualifications
* Strong project management and team leadership skills
* Proficiency in site engineering, supervision, and resource allocation
* Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Previous experience in managing construction projects, especially involving precast concrete, is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant disciplines
* Applicant must have a minimum of 3 year site experience working on large scale sites.
