We are seeking a passionate and experienced Wedding Sales Manager on behalf of our client a prestigious 4-star luxury hotel located in County Meath. This is a key role focused on driving wedding sales, managing client relationships, and delivering seamless and memorable wedding experiences from enquiry through to execution. This role would suit someone with a flair for hospitality, attention to detail, and a strong background in wedding or event sales. Key Responsibilities Manage all wedding enquiries, show-arounds, proposals, and bookings. Build strong relationships with potential and confirmed wedding couples. Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and external vendors to deliver flawless events. Achieve and exceed sales targets for weddings and related events. Create and maintain detailed function sheets and ensure accurate event handovers. Represent the hotel at bridal fairs, open days, and networking events. Keep all CRM and booking systems updated and accurate. Candidate Requirements Minimum 23 years experience in wedding sales or event coordination in a hotel or event venue. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional approach. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. High attention to detail and organisational skills. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for client meetings or event supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS and CRM systems is a plus. Knowledge of the Irish wedding market and current trends is desirable.
