Culinary Operations Manager
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food services. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 5-day catering service, ensuring a consistently high-quality food offer and outstanding customer experience.
About This Opportunity
* Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a fast-paced catering or hospitality environment (2-3 years)
* Advanced culinary qualifications and extensive experience working in high-volume, dynamic catering environments
* Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
* Knowledge of current legislative requirements, including Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations
* Good organisational skills and IT literacy
