Corporate Sales Partnership Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead, Corporate Partnership Manager to drive market development, corporate engagement and commercial growth across this suite of programmes.
This is a consultative, relationship centred role engaging with organisations that value learning, leadership development, culture and meaningful experiential engagement. The successful candidate will position our programmes as high quality learning and people development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development and Market Engagement
* Identify and develop relationships with corporate clients across HR, Learning & Development, Leadership, Talent, Reward, Culture and Senior Management functions.
* Build and manage a structured B2B sales pipeline across all programme offerings, including large-format learning events.
* Conduct discovery meetings to understand organisational objectives and development priorities.
* Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and partnership models.
* Represent James Whelan Butchers at corporate, cultural and industry events.
* Sales Strategy and Programme Growth
* Develop and implement the corporate sales strategy for experience led learning programmes.
* Support the commercial development and roll out of the large format speaker and insight event series.
* Contribute to pricing, packaging and positioning in collaboration with internal delivery teams.
* Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM records and sales performance reporting.
* Client Relationship & Partnership Management
* Build long term, values-based client relationships.
* Support repeat bookings, programme renewals and multi programme partnerships.
* Capture client feedback and insights to inform programme enhancement and future development.
Candidate Profile, Skills and Experience
Essential
* Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, partnerships or services based commercial roles.
* Demonstrated success in consultative, relationship driven selling.
* Experience engaging senior stakeholders across HR, L&D, Leadership or Corporate Services.
* Strong presentation, communication and proposal writing capability.
* Proven ability to manage pipeline, targets and performance reporting.
Desirable
* Experience in learning & development, professional services, hospitality, executive education, events or experiential programmes.
* Understanding of leadership development, employee engagement and organisational culture initiatives.
* Interest in food, craft, heritage and values-based learning environments.
