This position involves delivering technical assistance to customers and clients at various sites. The IT Field Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, taking preventive measures, and ensuring business continuity.
Responsibilities include prioritizing helpdesk calls, managing responses in a timely manner using the help desk system, establishing strong working relationships with customers,
and liaising with vendors as required. Proficiency in Active Directory system administration is necessary along with experience in installing and configuring computer hardware
& peripherals, operating systems & applications.
