The Role:
This role will suit a driven professional with strong experience in commercial office fit-out projects, looking to work across a diverse portfolio of high-profile assignments. You will play a key role in delivering projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of accountability, the ability to organise and manage competing priorities to achieve deadlines, and a proactive, results-driven approach, with proven capability to establish and nurture effective working relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple commercial fit-out projects across all phases, from concept design through to construction and handover
Develop and manage detailed project programmes, budgets, and reporting structures to ensure successful delivery
Chair project meetings, prepare agendas, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
Coordinate design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment with project objectives
Oversee procurement processes, including selection and appointment of consultants and construction teams
Review and manage project financials, including requisitions, change orders, and invoicing
Provide strategic advice to clients and internal stakeholders on project delivery and risk management
Prepare and present project reports to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
Collaborate with property and facility management teams to align project delivery with operational requirements
Support business development activities, including client presentations and service proposals
Mentor and support junior project team members where required
Monitor performance, quality, and output across project teams
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and governance requirements
