Administrative Assistant
The primary objectives of this role include processing purchase orders for site services and engineering, managing stationery orders, handling credit card transactions, dealing with invoicing and accounting queries, facilitating the setup of new vendors, and undertaking ad hoc activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase orders for site services and engineering
* Manage stationery orders, distribution, and collection
* Handle credit card transactions for goods and services required by all departments
* Deal with invoicing and accounting queries from global procurement and accounts
* Facilitate the setup of new vendors
* Undertake ad hoc activities and projects as needed
