About The Role
As an Apprentice Pipefitter with Coffey, you will learn to install, repair and maintain high and low-pressure pipe systems used in commercial and industrial installations.
Responsibilities
Working with and learning from experienced Craftspersons
Comply with Health and Safety requirements.
Working with technical drawings and diagrams
Using tools or machinery to fabricate industrial components.
Being well organised and careful with practical tasks
Accepting responsibility for the quality of own work
Being accurate with numbers in counting, measuring and arithmetic
Completing detailed tasks that requires accuracy and careful handling.
Working with a variety of specialised hand tools, power tools and equipment
Taking responsibility for own learning, including the allocation of study time
Being responsible for controlling or adjusting the operation of equipment
About You
Requirements
Must be over the age of 16
Have a full or provisional Irish Licence
Good Communication skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Be able to solve problems
Work independently and as part of a team
Show a positive attitude
Demonstrate good work practices including time keeping, tidiness, responsibility, quality awareness and safety awareness
