Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef in running the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality food preparation.
* Take direction from department managers and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
* Follow HACCP regulations at all times and support fellow kitchen staff in maintaining appropriate systems of hygiene during food preparation and storage.
Requirements

* Prior experience working in hotels or similar environments.
* A genuine passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional cuisine.
* A mature and pleasant manner when dealing with customers and team members.
* The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
