WORK LOCATION: This is a remote home-based role. Permanently working from any location in Ireland.
PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory for the candidate to live or be willing to relocate to Ireland.

We’re seeking Investigators to evaluate transactions and safeguard Amazon's global customer base, profitability, and brand while maintaining high customer experience standards. Investigators will handle duties related to investigating and eliminating online e-commerce risks.
The team operates in shifts and weekends to match Amazon’s 7-day schedule. Shift times are determined after training, requiring flexibility.
Key responsibilities include:
* Investigate suspicious buyer activity and behavior that could pose risks.
* Communicate via email and phone with buyers, merchants, and other stakeholders to assess risk.
* Enforce Amazon's Policy Guidelines to maintain site quality.
* Identify and help mitigate fraud patterns and trends, following escalation procedures as needed.
* Participate in special projects and collaborate with business teams.
* Achieve or exceed weekly productivity and quality standards.
About the team:
The Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) team aims to make Amazon the safest online marketplace. CTPS safeguards transactions across Amazon sites, designing systems, risk models, and processes to minimize risk and build trust.
Basic qualifications:
* Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent written communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience in customer service or retail.
* Knowledge of or experience in fraud/risk management.
* Background in insurance, finance, data analysis, research, translation, or training.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
