About the Position
The successful candidate will oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of all banquet menus, from intimate gatherings to large-scale luxury events, upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with the events and F&B teams to exceed guest expectations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
* Ensure effective stock control, ordering, and cost management practices are in place to maintain profitability.
* Adhere to the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and health regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Banqueting Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end hotel or luxury event setting is essential. Strong leadership and organisational skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, are required.
