The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role within a unionised or public sector-aligned environment. Proven expertise in relations, employee engagement and navigating complex landscapes is also essential. A confident communicator with strong influencing skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at every level is required. Strategic thinker with the ability to be operationally hands-on CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
We offer a specific purpose contract (minimum 12 months) hybrid working model typically 23 days onsite, with some national travel. Competitive salary and benefits reflective of seniority and impact are available.
