The role of an Art Technician is to provide technical and practical support in the delivery of academic programmes within the disciplines of Art and Design.
Key responsibilities include managing supplies and equipment, running workshops, maintaining workshop spaces to a high standard, providing guidance on safe and effective use of equipment and materials.
* Technical skills: experience with art equipment and software
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fine Arts or related field (or relevant work experience)
The successful candidate will be flexible, able-bodied person who has excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone with aesthetic awareness who can deliver creative knowledge that showcases best practices from across contemporary visual art sectors.
