As a Program Manager, Lead Management, you'll play a key role in improving how we capture, track, and optimize leads across our marketing and sales teams.
You'll work closely with global stakeholders to develop solutions that enhance lead management, automate processes, and improve reporting and analytics.

Key job responsibilitiesImprove lead management processes by collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize tools like Salesforce and PardotSupport integrations between third-party platforms and our CRM/marketing automation systemsAnalyze data and trends to identify opportunities for automation and process improvementsWork cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and tech teams to gather requirements and drive roadmap planningHelp define best practices for lead tracking, qualification, and reportingProvide hands-on project management, tracking deliverables and ensuring smooth executionCommunicate updates effectively, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholdersBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field2-4 years of experience with Customer Relationship marketing and marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or PardotFamiliarity with lead management processes and marketing operationsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to analyze data and make recommendations to improve performanceComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExcellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesPreferred QualificationsExperience with large-scale CRM or marketing automation implementationsCertifications in Marketo, Pardot, or SalesforceExperience managing multiple projects and collaborating with global teamsAdditional Qualifications2+ years of program or project management experienceKnowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodologyExperience in MS Access and SQLExperience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documentsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
