The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Practice Team Lead
to head up our D365 Business Central practice. This is a leadership role where you'll manage a team of functional and technical consultants, guide solution design, and ensure successful delivery of ERP projects.
You'll play a key role in shaping the practice—developing team capability, supporting presales activities, and taking ownership of project outcomes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy blending leadership with hands-on consulting, this could be the perfect next step.

What You'll Do
* Lead and develop a team of ERP consultants
* Drive solution design and implementation across multiple projects
* Support presales with estimates and client presentations
* Manage forecasting, billing, and client relationships
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and deliver exceptional client outcomes
What We're Looking For
* Proven financial acumen – achieved either through proven experience as a finance professional (e.g. Management Accountant/Controller position) or practical experience as a consultant implementing similar solutions.
* 5+ years' experience with
D365 Business Central
* Strong financial and management reporting knowledge
* Proven track record in team leadership and ERP delivery
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
