Responsibilities:

* To provide full-time day care of the highest quality, supporting children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through play-based activities.

* To conduct observations and learning stories for assigned children, documenting their progress and achievements.

* To work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes children's well-being and learning.

* To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
">

* A minimum of Fetac Level 5 (or recognised equivalent) in a childcare qualification.
">
* Experience working in a childcare role, preferably in a play-based service.
">
* Strong knowledge of Aistear and Siolta principles and practices.
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
">
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
