Job Role: Senior Sous Chef
As a Senior Sous Chef, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, lead during service hours, and ensure smooth execution of preparation, cooking, and plating.
* Develop innovative menu concepts, seasonal dishes, and event menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
* Maintain strict adherence to HACCP protocols and food safety standards within the kitchen environment.
* Manage inventory ordering, stock levels, and cost control measures to optimize kitchen efficiency.
