* Collaborate with senior leaders to provide informed support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
* Lead the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices related to employee relations, performance management, engagement, and organisational development
* Support talent planning, succession strategies, and workforce development initiatives
* Provide guidance to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practice, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions
* Contribute to key HR projects including change management, engagement initiatives, and policy development
* Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform strategic business decisions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
