Job Title: Chief Sales Officer
Manage a team of 6-8 Account Directors and Sales Specialists to deliver on financial and non-financial targets. Directly manage key accounts and define roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced IT services and solutions sales professionals and specialists.
* Define job roles, duties, and performance indicators for the sales team.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and development plans.
Requirements:
* At least five years experience in sales management servicing large customers.
* At least ten years experience in sales, in the ICT sector.
* Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation.
