Qualified Solicitor (PQE flexible)
A well-established Dublin law firm is seeking to recruit a Property Solicitor to join its busy and growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys a varied workload and is keen to build on their experience across property, commercial contracts, and corporate matters.
The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior associates on a broad range of matters, including:
Residential and commercial property transactions
Sales, purchases, leasing, and landlord & tenant matters
Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
Assisting on corporate transactions, including company formations, restructurings, and general corporate advisory work
Direct client interaction and file management from instruction to completion
The Candidate
Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland
Solid experience in property law (residential and/or commercial)
Exposure to commercial contracts and corporate work (either through practice or training)
Strong drafting, organisational, and client-facing skills
Commercially minded with the ability to manage files independently
A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
